This Privacy Policy explains how Tracken ("Tracken", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this site and request access to our product.

- Information you provide. When you submit the "Request access" form, we collect your name, work email, company, title, phone number (optional), and a description of what you want to track.
- Technical information. We collect your IP address and basic request metadata (the page URL and a timestamp) at the time you submit the form, to help prevent abuse and understand demand.

How information is stored & shared
Form submissions are recorded in a spreadsheet hosted by Google (Google Workspace / Apps Script). We use a small number of service providers (such as our hosting and form-storage providers) to operate the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep access-request information for as long as needed to evaluate and provision access, and to maintain business records, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
